The Electric Actuator is a core driving and control device widely matched with industrial valves, dampers, baffles and other flow control equipment in thermal power plants, chemical plants, metallurgy, water treatment and HVAC systems. It converts electric energy into mechanical motion to realize automatic opening, closing and adjusting actions of valves and dampers. Serving as the execution unit of industrial automatic control systems, it ensures precise regulation of fluid flow, pressure and temperature, and guarantees the safe, stable and intelligent operation of the whole pipeline and flue gas systems.
This product adopts a compact and integrated structural design, mainly composed of motor, gear reduction mechanism, travel limit device, torque protection component, position feedback module and electrical control box. The built-in high-performance motor features stable output, low noise and strong overload resistance. The high-precision gear set effectively reduces rotating speed and increases output torque, enabling the actuator to drive large-sized valves and dampers smoothly. Equipped with dual protection of travel limit and torque limit, it can automatically cut off power when reaching the set position or encountering excessive resistance, effectively preventing equipment damage caused by over-travel and overload. The shell is made of high-strength cast aluminum or carbon steel, with good dustproof, waterproof and anti-corrosion performance, adapting to harsh working conditions such as high temperature, heavy dust and humid environment on industrial sites.
According to functional types, it can be divided into on-off type and modulating type. The on-off electric actuator is used for full opening or full closing of valves, suitable for simple switching control occasions. The modulating type supports continuous stroke adjustment, which can accurately lock the valve at any intermediate position to realize stepless regulation of medium flow. Both types support remote electric control, local manual operation and signal feedback. In case of power failure, the built-in manual handwheel can be used for emergency operation, ensuring the system can be manually intervened under abnormal conditions. It is compatible with various standard control signals and communication protocols, and can be seamlessly connected with DCS and PLC systems to achieve centralized remote monitoring and management.
