Structure&Working Principle
It consists of five core parts:non-metallic fabric skin,thermal insulation filler,diversion tube,pressure plate,and metal structural components.The fabric skin,typically made of silicone-coated fiberglass,PTFE laminate,or fluororubber composites,provides flexibility and sealing.The insulation filler(e.g.,ceramic fiber wool)offers thermal resistance,while the metal frame ensures structural stability.
Operating purely through material flexibility,it absorbs axial,lateral,and angular displacements caused by thermal expansion/contraction or mechanical vibration.Unlike metal compensators that generate strong reactive thrust,the fabric design transmits minimal force,simplifying support structure requirements.
