Structure and Working Principle
The valve consists of a welded carbon steel body,two symmetric Fan shaped gate (sector jaw plates),gear and crank mechanisms,sealing components,and an integrated electro-hydraulic push rod(DYT series).The electro-hydraulic actuator converts electrical energy into hydraulic power,generating linear reciprocating motion.This motion is transmitted through a crankshaft and pinion gears,driving the two jaw plates to rotate synchronously around the axis,opening or closing the discharge port in a scissor-like movement.When fully open,the jaw plates swing outward to create a wide,unobstructed passage with no material dead corners,ensuring smooth and efficient discharge.When closed,the precision-machined sealing surfaces of the jaw plates form a tight shut-off,preventing material leakage and dust escape.
