Working Principle
During normal operation,the diaphragm remains sealed,maintaining system integrity.When an explosion occurs,internal pressure rises rapidly.Once it reaches the calibrated burst pressure,the diaphragm ruptures along pre-scored or weakened lines,creating a full opening.This instantaneously releases overpressure and flame,preventing equipment rupture and minimizing damage.
