Flue Gas Non-Return Valve

The Flue Gas Non-Return Valve is an automatic one-way protection component specially designed for flue gas duct systems. The whole device operates automatically relying on airflow pressure, gravity and counterweight, requiring no external power, electric actuators or manual control. During normal system operation, forward flue gas pressure pushes the blades to open, allowing smooth gas passage through the pipeline. When the fan shuts down or system pressure drops suddenly, the forward airflow disappears. Under the combined action of gravity and counterweight, the blades close rapidly and tightly, completely isolating the pipeline channel. This reliable one-way interception avoids equipment overheating, dust deposition and operational faults caused by flue gas refluence.

With a simple and compact mechanical structure, this non-return valve boasts stable performance and a low failure rate. Key components are wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant, supporting long-term continuous service. Daily maintenance is minimal, only requiring regular visual inspection of blades and sealing parts.
