The Stainless Steel Expansion Indicator is a high-grade corrosion-resistant mechanical monitoring device specially optimized for harsh working environments of thermal power plants,industrial boilers and high-temperature steam pipeline systems.Different from ordinary carbon steel indicators,this upgraded version adopts full or key-position stainless steel materials,providing excellent anti-rust,anti-corrosion,high-temperature resistant and anti-oxidation performance.It is mainly used to visually monitor three-dimensional thermal expansion and displacement of boiler steam drums,headers,main steam pipes and other pressure components during boiler startup,load operation and shutdown cooling processes.
Constructed with premium stainless steel plates,stainless steel pointer components and high-temperature alloy connecting rods,the entire indicator structure features high rigidity,smooth mechanical transmission and long-term dimensional stability.The precision laser-engraved millimeter scale ensures clear reading without fading,rusting or blurring even after years of outdoor exposure,high-temperature radiation and heavy dust accumulation.Equipped with flexible universal joint mechanisms,the device can accurately track multi-directional micro displacement while effectively eliminating mechanical jamming and measurement deviation caused by pipeline vibration.
