Boiler Thermal Expansion Displacement Indicator is a dedicated mechanical measuring instrument for boiler and high-temperature piping systems.It visually detects the thermal expansion and three-dimensional displacement of steam drums,headers,main steam pipes and other critical components during heating,steady operation and cooling down.
By reading real-time displacement data,operators can confirm if thermal deformation stays within design limits.It effectively avoids pipe distortion,weld fracture,stress overload and medium leakage resulting from blocked or abnormal expansion,serving as an essential safety part for boiler units.

Working Principle
Reset all pointers to zero for cold state calibration before boiler startup.
When the system is heated,boiler components expand and generate displacement in multiple directions.
The connecting rod drives the pointers to move synchronously to indicate actual displacement values.
Timely inspection and adjustment will be carried out once readings exceed the permitted range.
