The electric ventilation butterfly valve is an automatic flow control device specially designed for various ventilation and air duct systems. Combining the classic butterfly valve structure with an electric actuator, it realizes remote automatic regulation and on-off control of airflow. Compared with manually operated models, it greatly improves operational efficiency and is well-suited for centralized control, intelligent ventilation and unattended working scenarios in modern buildings and industrial facilities.
The whole device consists of a valve body, butterfly disc, valve shaft, sealing assembly and matched electric actuator. The valve body is generally made of galvanized steel or carbon steel, featuring light weight, high rigidity and good rust resistance for long-term use in conventional ventilation environments. The disc is fixed on the central shaft and rotates within a 90-degree range to adjust the flow area. The electric actuator serves as the power source, which can receive electric control signals to drive the disc to open, close or stay at any intermediate position. It supports remote operation, linkage control and signal feedback, so operators can monitor and manage the valve status in real time from the control room. When fully open, the valve presents low flow resistance to guarantee smooth air circulation; when fully closed, the sealing structure effectively blocks airflow and prevents air leakage.
