The electric sector butterfly valve is a high-performance automatic flow control device featuring a sector-shaped disc structure, specially developed for industrial ventilation, flue gas exhaust and large-diameter duct systems. Different from conventional full-disc butterfly valves, its sector design delivers flexible throttling, stable airflow control and strong anti-vibration capability. Combined with an electric actuator, it supports remote automatic operation and precise opening adjustment, making it ideal for medium and large pipelines that require frequent regulation and system interlock control.
The valve is composed of a robust valve body, sector-shaped butterfly plate, integrated valve stem, sealing assembly and matched electric drive unit. The main body is mostly made of thickened carbon steel or stainless steel, with integral welding and anti-deformation treatment to withstand long-term positive and negative wind pressure and mechanical vibration. The sector disc rotates within a standard 90-degree range to change the effective flow area. When fully open, the disc keeps parallel with airflow to maintain low pressure loss and guarantee high ventilation efficiency. When partially closed, the unique sector structure achieves smooth stepless air volume regulation. When fully shut, it closely contacts the sealing surface to block airflow and prevent medium leakage effectively. The electric actuator converts electric signals into mechanical motion, enabling remote opening, closing and positioning, as well as real-time signal feedback for centralized system management.

Multiple standard specifications are available to match various round and rectangular duct sizes.
